Short Term Stays
- Stays shorter than 28 nights
- Guests can cancel at least 30 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the rent and the cleaning fee but will be charged a 3% cancelation fee.
- Reservations are fully refundable up two days after the initial reservation is made unless this falls within 7 days of the date of reservation.
Long Term Stays
- Stays 28 nights or more
- Reservations canceled at least 28 days before check-in (3:00 PM in the destination’s local time if not specified), are fully refundable.
- Reservations canceled between the 29th day and the first day of the reservation will be refunded all but the first 31 nights and a 3% cancelation fee.
- Reservations canceled during the dates of a reservation will be refunded any remaining nights minus 31 nights and a 3% cancelation fee.
